Raj!!!! I want to recognize you for truly going above and beyond since joining the team back in November! With very little direction, you independently designed and built a React based chatbot and model for Unified Storefront that is fully shippable, production ready, and competitive with leading market solutions, all in one month. That alone is impressive. What really stands out is your end to end ownership. You did not just build an app. You took accountability for infrastructure, stick handled workbacks, drove delivery, and made strong technical decisions throughout. You operated with the mindset of a tech lead, not just a developer. The speed and quality of what you delivered, including cutting edge features and thoughtful design choices, highlight your strength in technical design and architecture. Just as important, you are incredibly easy to work with. You are professional, proactive, and a strong partner to the team. That combination of technical excellence and collaboration is rare. Hey Raj, I just wanted to say thanks for your leadership and let you know how inspiring it's been working around you on USF. Even in the short time we've connected, I've learned a lot from you, especially about the TD tech ecosystem, and it's genuinely influenced how I think about my work. The way you approach problems and think through the next-gen USF solution has pushed me to grow as a developer and technical problem-solver. You've been really patient and generous with your knowledge, and that hasn't gone unnoticed. I'm really looking forward to working more closely together and continuing to learn from you.

Before coming to the team in CCPG.. Our team were facing architecture barriers in regards to one of our CCR decommission features with our external vendors and encryption/decryption of PCI data. Since his arrival, he has made a significant impact to our delivery. He has taken dev lead role in the feature and resolved our encryption barriers by defining and implementing the encryption/decryption in the LAAPI code as well as provided KT and code methods to our QE/DEV team. With his assistance, we were able to implement the encryption/decryption within our existing automation scripts allowing our team to automate >80% of all our test cases which reduced our testing time from ~15 mins to <1 min per test case. This has allowed us to complete >200 test cases within a single sprint with ease! Our QE automation achievement would not have been possible if not for Raj's leadership and impact! I would like to appreciate the great work of Raj. Since he joined our team a few months ago, he has always been willing to learn and support the team. He has become a key team player, taking a relevant leadership role on pod 1. In addition, I would like to highlight the full ownership he has taken on the new encryption process we must implement. He has taken the time and initiative to learn by himself, implement encryption and share the knowledge with the team.

Raj has been instrumental in the success of this team. Over the past year, he played an important role in the migration of VSP to Azure. In doing so, he has become our resident expert on all things VSP. Recently, we had a PROD incident where Raj took lead on, and was able to understand and coordinate a solution. I have no doubts for Raj when it comes to VSP, and I believe he exhibits the shared commitment "Act like an Owner"

Earlier this year, Raj "Executed with speed and impact" where his actions were instrumental in resolving a web of networking challenges that plagued and prevented connectivity / testing between a vendor application and TD. Acting like an owner, Raj was pivotal to the migration efforts of VSP to Azure adapting to challenges that presented whether that be the DN changes that impacted testing for Azure deployments, working through DNS internment issues and working to help identify session resolution, ie Redis cache. Lessons that extend beyond his asset of work to others with the pod. Continue to operate with speed and ownership in your years to come. Best, Shawn

Raj's performance has been exceptional throughout the VSP migration journey. His enthusiasm for learning consistently impressed me. He took full ownership of his tasks, delivering each one with speed and quality. As the Azure migration was entirely new to all of us, Raj took the initiative to research various unknowns, such as Datadog log configuration, dashboards, monitors, certificate processes, vault and EDP pipeline deployments. When faced with the PCOE issue, Raj quickly came up with a solution within a short timeframe. He put in extra hours and collaborated closely with the PCOE team to set up a performance testing environment in his local to replicate and resolve the issue. His dedication to addressing this challenge was truly commendable. Raj also ensured thorough documentation for every tech stack upgrade he worked on. He shared the lessons learned and actively reviewed his work with the team, promoting a culture of transparency and collaboration. Even for post-deployment issues, Raj demonstrated a steady commitment by working overtime to troubleshoot and analyze root causes. His detailed and methodical approach always stood out. Raj consistently displayed the "Act like an owner" mindset, demonstrating this shared commitment on multiple occasions. Along with VSP migration activities, he supported development and deployments for features like Aeroplan disclosures, Megazord etc. He did handle all of them with no trouble. I wholeheartedly wish him continued success.
